We offer three personalized counseling options
In-person
or virtual
In addition to our office location in North Jersey, we offer virtual counseling sessions on a secure, HIPAA compliant platform. This is a convenient option for those who are not located in the area or for those with a tricky schedule. Clients must be within the state of New Jersey to be seen virtually.

Individual counseling sessions are designed to help you tackle many of the troubles that life could throw at you, whether situational stressors like big transitions and adjustments, or struggles with anxiety, depression, addiction, etc. In these sessions, your counselor will seek to help you build a firm foundation that will prepare you to navigate and overcome these trials.
We offer private, 45-minute counseling sessions for children, adolescents, and adults, using biblical application alongside evidence-based approaches to therapy to best meet your needs. The use of these techniques, however, remains subject to the authority of Scripture. Sessions are personal, collaborative, and practical so that you can take home what you learn and apply it in your everyday life.

Executive functioning skills are the skills you need to plan and order your life. They include organization, problem solving, memory, multitasking, and inhibition control. Poor executive functioning skills can lead to trouble in relationships, school, and work. Some individuals struggle with these skills more than others, such as neurodivergent individuals, those with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), or those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Training in this area can equip you with methods and strategies that will set you up for future success. Your counselor will seek to help you create (and stick to) routines, practice organization techniques, and build self-awareness in these areas, all while providing accountability as you seek to improve.

If you’re struggling to find purpose in life or a meaningful career, you may benefit from career counseling. In these sessions, your counselor will strive to help you build confidence in exploring career options, making informed career decisions, and achieving your employment goals. Guidance is based around your interests, values, skills, and personality, as well as biblical application.
When it is time to take action, your counselor can also provide accountability as you implement strategies to reach your goals. Support may include assistance with resume writing, interview preparation, networking, and other aspects of the job search process.
We do not accept insurance at this time. We do, however, accept HSA/FSA cards. If you have insurance with out-of-network benefits, we provide "superbills" for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any billing questions.
